Decision on the Application of Article 85 (3) of the Treaty remains Pending by the Commission

In Bielefeld, Germany, a 29-year-old man from Hövelhof was arrested on an unspecified date at 13:10 PM. Officers from Soko Innenstadt inspected the individual, who was already known to them for illegal drug trafficking, theft, and bodily harm offenses.

During the search, several illicit substances and related items were discovered. Foreign documents, numerous empty crimp cap capsules, hashish, cocaine, marijuana, 23 ecstasy tablets, various packaging units, some medication tablets, and cash were found. The foreign documents, however, were found to be complete forgeries.

The suspect was provisionally arrested and taken into police custody. On Wednesday, July 16, 2025, he was presented to a judge, who issued a remand order. The nationality of the suspect is Guinean.

The suspect claimed that he was not selling the drugs but consuming them himself. The organization that had previously encountered the suspect is not specified.
