Last weekend, a school in Borken, located on Fürst-zu-Salm-Horstmar-Straße in Südlohn-Oeding, was the target of a burglary. The burglars forced their way into three doors of the school, ransacking the premises and cabinets.
During this ransacking, a cash box was stolen. The school has not provided details about the extent of the damage caused by the burglary, but it is known that the cash box was the only item confirmed to have been stolen.
The police are actively seeking witnesses regarding this incident and are asking for any tips to be reported to the Criminal Investigation Department (Kriminalkommissariat) in Borken at the phone number 9000.
At the moment, the police have not yet disclosed any information about the identity or number of the burglars. They have also not announced any progress in their investigation into the school burglary.
