In the heart of Bielefeld, Germany, a 29-year-old man from Hövelhof was provisionally arrested on July 16, 2025, following a police search near Herbert-Hinnendahl-Straße and Herforder Straße.

The police officers of Soko Innenstadt inspected the man around 13:10, discovering a range of illegal substances and paraphernalia. The man was found with hashish, cocaine, marijuana, 23 ecstasy tablets, and various packaging units containing illegal substances. Additionally, empty crimp cap closures and foreign papers were also uncovered.

However, it was revealed that the foreign papers found on the man were complete forgeries.

The man, who is of Guinean nationality, claimed that he was not selling the drugs, but consuming them himself. It should be noted that the man is known to the police for illegal drug trafficking, as well as theft and assault.

On the day of the arrest, the suspect was taken into police custody and presented to the examining magistrate, who issued a detention order.
