The alleged activities of this ring spanned from 2022 to 2024, and it is believed to have been active across international borders.

The ages of the accused range from 28 to 44. The main defendant, a 44-year-old man from Burgwedel, Lower Saxony, has not been named in the provided sources. The smuggling ring is suspected of bringing nearly 800 people, predominantly of Syrian origin, to Germany. The group is suspected of earning several million euros from their alleged activities.
