Delta's Smart Green Facility Monitoring & Control Systems and Energy Management Solutions, showcased at the event, are designed to help enterprises optimize operations, reduce energy costs, and embed sustainability into production systems. The company's solutions, now certified under SEMI E187, set a new benchmark in semiconductor equipment cybersecurity, ensuring greater reliability, resilience, and trust for customers operating critical manufacturing platforms.
The DIATwin Virtual Machine Development Platform, another offering from Delta, shortens new product development by 20% by linking virtual production lines with real data. This software platform enables seamless integration, higher operational efficiency, and quality assurance while adhering to global semiconductor industry standards.
Delta's hardware innovations include its Collaborative Robot, with payloads ranging from 6 to 30 kg, reach ranges from 800-1,800 mm, and IP66-rated protection. Delta's software portfolio also includes DIASECS Semiconductor Equipment Standard Communication and Control Application Software, DIAWMS Warehouse Management System, DIAEAP+ Equipment Automation Program, and DIASPC Statistical Process Control.
