The Middle East saw GFH Financial Group win Best Investment Bank and Best Private Equity Investment Management, ICM.com took home awards for Leading Multi-Regulated Broker and Best MT5 Trading Platform, BPC was recognised for Best Transformation in Mass Public Transportation and Most Inclusive Financial Solution, and ATS World was awarded Best Distribution Strategy.
The winners of the regional categories were chosen by a panel of judges at Infosys. The editors of the website were responsible for the final selection of all winners. The selection criteria included strategy for attracting and servicing digital customers, success in getting clients to use digital offerings, growth of digital customers, breadth of product offerings, evidence of tangible benefits gained from digital initiatives, and web/mobile site design and functionality.
