Digital specialists in Lower Bavaria working for the administration
On Tuesday, the Government of Lower Bavaria and the Lower Bavarian district administration offices came together for a digitalization exchange meeting. The gathering, which marked the first time these entities had convened for such discussions, was aimed at fostering digitalization strategies and initiatives.
The Digitalization Task Force of the city of Landshut was one of the participating groups, joining forces with the Lower Bavarian district administration offices in the pursuit of administrative modernization efforts. The meeting was focused on digitalization matters, with the agenda including topics such as online procedures, the Online Access Act, inter-agency electronic communication, the special electronic government mailbox "beBPo", and the handling of artificial intelligence.
The joint meeting offered opportunities for networking, information exchange, and idea generation for upcoming e-government projects. It is worth noting that, depending on the authority, applications for up to 250 different procedures can already be submitted online without the need to visit the office.
The meeting was part of the regular digital exchanges planned for future administrative modernization efforts. The entities discussed a range of digitalization strategies and initiatives, aiming to enhance the digital capabilities of the Lower Bavarian administration.
The Digitalization Task Force of the city of Landshut and the Lower Bavarian district administration offices were not the only participants. The Government of Lower Bavaria was also present, demonstrating a united front in the digitalization endeavours.
Despite extensive research, there is currently no information available about Ralph Körner or the year he assumed the position of digitalization commissioner for the government of Niederbayern (Lower Bavaria). Nevertheless, the meeting signifies a significant step towards digitalization in the region, and the collective efforts of these entities are expected to yield fruitful results in the near future.
