In a significant turn of events, Ukraine's Prime Minister, Julia Sviridchenko, conducted a briefing on social media, addressing the nation following a devastating enemy attack that marks a new stage in the ongoing war.

During the briefing, the Prime Minister pointed out that this attack is an existential war for Ukraine, as the enemy is now targeting government institutions. She stated that Russia is killing Ukraine's children, and thus its future.
