Burien City Council Meeting Scheduled for September 8, 2025

The Burien City Council will gather for their regular meeting on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at Burien City Hall and can also be viewed via Comcast TV Channel 21, Zoom, and livestream.

During the meeting, several important items will be discussed and decided upon. Adolfo Bailon, City Manager, will present the City Council Planning Calendar and the 2026 City Council Meeting Calendar, in collaboration with Heather McCoy, City Clerk.

Casey Headley, Finance Director, and Nathan Hawthorne, Senior Paralegal, will present the King County District Court ILA Amendment regarding Probation Services Cost Changes. This presentation is expected to provide insight into the changes that will affect the city's budget and operations.
