Display Information: Sitewide Banner Ads
In our ongoing efforts to provide a seamless advertising experience, we've introduced a new banner system. Here's a breakdown of its key features:
Each pair of reskins utilizes a single URL for ease of tracking individual ad performance in our reporting dashboards. The maximum file size for each banner is capped at 900kb to ensure swift loading times.
The banners are designed to display simultaneously, yet independently, allowing for a dynamic and engaging user experience. A 300x250 reskin message box is incorporated into the banner display, providing an additional space for advertisers to convey their messages.
Banners are strategically positioned within the content block, adopting a 300x250 Rotation format for desktop devices. For mobile users, banners are displayed both below the content block, with a 300x50 size for the mobile sticky footer, and in some cases, as a 728x90 size for the desktop sticky footer.
To ensure accurate tracking and optimal display, we allow impression click trackers. A branded background is showcased as the wallpaper with logos, creating a consistent and professional look. However, it's important to note that this background does not display on some mobile devices.
To avoid issues with text or pictures being cut off on certain devices, it's recommended to avoid background images that include text or pictures. The background scales to fit the device width, ensuring a visually pleasing display on various screen sizes.
The reskin message box is fixed in a position above the content box, providing a consistent and prominent placement for important messages. Banners are due for submission three business days prior to the launch of the content to ensure a smooth rollout.
URL(s) for each banner should be sent to us for accurate tracking and display. While we've not explicitly identified the advertising company that meets all the specified conditions, we continue to explore partnerships with companies that can meet our high standards for banner production and submission.
