Draw to a standstill: Fortuna Düsseldorf and Hannover 96 end in a 1-1 stalemate

The home side, Hannover 96, equalized the match just nine minutes into the game. Jannik Dehm crossed from the right wing into the center, and Nicolo Tresoldi flicked the ball over Kastenmeier with his heel to level the score at 1:1.
Fortuna Düsseldorf took the lead with their first chance, with Myron van Brederode scoring. The lead was set up by Jona Niemiec, who won a duel with Marcel Halstenberg at the edge of the penalty area.
