Dresdener is removing winnings from the EuroJackpot
A resident of Dresden has become the latest winner of the Eurojackpot, a transnational lottery, over the weekend. The lucky winner matched six correct numbers out of ten total tips, falling just short of guessing the correct Euro numbers.
The exact numbers drawn were "21, 29, 31, 46, 49" for the main numbers, with the correct Euro number being "06". However, the identity of the victorious gambler from Dresden remains unknown.
The jackpot for the Eurojackpot has been increasing and stood at a whopping 47 million euros before the draw. Despite not correctly guessing the Euro numbers, the Dresden resident still walked away with approximately 630,000 euros.
The odds of winning the Eurojackpot jackpot are staggering, with a 1 in 140 million chance. The game is administered by Sachsen-Lotto, and the exact date of the draw is not specified.
The winning ticket was submitted online, with the winnings set to be transferred directly to the winner's account. The identity of the previous winner and the winner of the increased jackpot remains unknown.
The Eurojackpot is a popular transnational lottery, offering players the chance to win life-changing sums of money. Despite the mystery surrounding the Dresden winner, there's no doubt that they'll be celebrating their good fortune.
