Driver Abandoned Bicyclist on Roadside
In the Cologne district, a 19-year-old driver is under investigation after hitting a 16-year-old e-bike rider in Ahlen and not immediately reporting the incident to the police. The e-bike rider was found on the road early Saturday morning, severely injured as a result of the accident.
