Driving without headlights in Warendorf at night.
A 41-year-old man from Warendorf was detained by the local police on August 28, 2025, at around 00:10, following an incident on August-Wessing-Damm.
According to the Warendorf Police Press Office, the man was driving without lights, which prompted a police patrol to stop him. Upon investigation, officers noticed a noticeable smell of alcohol on the man and conducted a breath alcohol test. The result was above the absolute limit for driving.
As a result, the man was prohibited from using motor vehicles. The officers also took a blood sample from the man for further analysis.
