M.1's autumn assembly is set to take place from September 26th to 28th, inviting all to partake in a celebration of the time of plenty and a festival of abundance. The event will be held at M.1, and it promises an array of engaging art projects, participatory performances, and culinary delights.

The festivities kick off on Friday at 12:30 PM with a tour of the exhibition, offering visitors a chance to immerse themselves in the diverse works on display. Byungseo Yoo will conduct an evening performance titled Go-Go Sourdough Udon Dancing Platform, inviting participants to join in a unique and interactive experience. Astrid S. Klein will present her projects THE POWER OF THE KOLA and TO THE RED SOIL on the same day.

Lene Markusen's wall drawing forms part of the ongoing projects on display in the exhibition space, while Marta Musso & Riikka Tauriainen present the results of their Plankton Studio in film format. Seraina Grupp will be in the Taste Library on the 1st floor for tastings, exchanges, and story-sharing from 5:00 PM on Friday.

On Friday evening, Maj Hasager, rector of the Malmö Art Academy, will give a lecture on socially engaged art. Food will be served during the event, with vegan options available.

Saturday brings more exciting events, including a cooking workshop with seaweed and the Sonified Kitchen, which will blend the sound of cooking with the aroma of the dishes. Erika Harzer's documentary The Terraced Wonder of Peru will be shown, and Seraina Grupp, in collaboration with Marle Rudolph, will expand the Taste Library with preserves from surplus organic produce from the Springhoe farm.

The highlight of Saturday is the harvest ceremony Huatia, led by artist Daniela Zambrano. The event will move to the market square on Sunday for the Potato Days in Hohenlockstedt, where small tastings will take place.

On Sunday, the day ends in the exhibition hall of M.1 with the second opening of Camilla Berner's photo project The Invisible Garden (Hohenlockstedt). Insights into the exhibition, art projects of Seraina Grupp, Byungseo Yoo, Daniela Zambrano, and upcycling works by Myu Hanaoka will be available. The ostriches on display at 3:00 PM on Sunday were designed and photographed by people from Hohenlockstedt and the surrounding area.

The participating artists at the "Culture & Science EventscamelGather, Preserve, Enjoy - The Power of Plenty & The Art of Sharing" include renowned names such as Anselm Kiefer, Olafur Eliasson, and Marina Abramović. This autumn assembly at M.1 promises to be a unique and enriching experience, combining art, culture, and community in a delightful autumn gathering.
