In the heart of Konstanz, a disturbance took place between 2:10 PM and 2:45 PM on Wednesday afternoon. The incident occurred in Talstraße, specifically in front of the AWO's warmth room.
According to a report transmitted by Police Headquarters Konstanz and originally published by news aktuell, a man, approximately 50 years old, caused the disturbance. The man was wearing a black jacket and carrying a backpack. He repeatedly and forcefully kicked an existing roller shutter, damaging it.
The man, who may be mentally ill and is approximately 190 cm tall, left the scene after causing the disturbance, shouting loudly and incomprehensibly while hitting himself on the head.
