Elderly Man Assaulted in Düsseltal

In Düsseldorf, an unfortunate incident occurred on Freytagstraße, involving an 80-year-old man and a woman who is suspected of stealing his Rolex watch.

The suspect, described as a woman of approximately 23 to 25 years old, with a robust build, dark hair tied in a ponytail, wearing tight blue jogging pants, and having a southeastern European appearance, approached the man. She spoke broken German and, during their conversation, begged for work.

The man, who was at his house on Freytagstraße, tried to stop the woman when she got into a black Hyundai with an unknown license plate and pulled out of a parking spot across the street. However, as he attempted to stop the car, the driver ran over his foot, causing him injury, and fled the scene.

The man used one arm to push the woman away to maintain distance. Despite his efforts, the woman managed to take his Rolex watch before driving away. The watch remains missing.

The authorities in Düsseldorf have asked for any information related to the incident to be reported to Criminal Commissioner 13 at telephone number 0211-8700. The search results do not provide specific information on the alleged residence of the suspect in Düsseldorf related to the Rolex watch theft case.

The man was left with an injured foot after the incident. No further details about the suspect or the car's license plate have been released. The authorities are urging the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.
