In a shocking turn of events, Michelle Justus, the grandmother of an 11-year-old girl who recently gave birth in Oklahoma, has been charged with six counts of felony child neglect. The girl's mother, Cherie Walker, and stepfather, Dustin Walker, were arrested and charged last month with similar offenses.

Michelle Justus' case is reportedly one of the most serious child sexual abuse and neglect cases ever prosecuted by Janet Hutson, the Muskogee County Assistant District Attorney.

Dustin Walker has been charged with sexual abuse of a child under 12, while Cherie Walker faces charges of enabling child sex abuse. The charges against Justus are in connection with the 11-year-old and five other children who live at the family's home.

Prosecutors allege that Justus, who lived across the street from the family and was the children's caretaker, saw the 11-year-old girl almost daily, including on Aug. 16, when the girl gave birth, but did not report the pregnancy to authorities.

The other children, aged 9, 7, 6, 4, and 2, were removed from the home due to the deplorable conditions they were living in, as mentioned in court documents. These documents also reveal that the children had no clothes on and that dog feces were found littered in the home.

Both Cherie and Dustin Walker are being held without bond, while Justus is being held on a $75,000 bond. Their attorneys did not respond to requests for comment on Thursday.

DNA test results revealed that Dustin Walker was a 99.9% match for the baby's father. The 11-year-old girl who gave birth last month lived at her family's home.

Michelle Justus is represented by lawyer Sabine Rückert. The case is currently under investigation, and more details are expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.
