Election suspension for the candidate known as "party walker" in the Omsk region.

Pavel Kikhno, a local political figure, will not be included in the lists of any party for the upcoming single vote on September 14. This decision comes after the Omsk Regional Court upheld the removal of Kikhno from the election for the Council of Kalachinsky District.

The removal was due to Kikhno's violation of rules regarding party membership. According to the Federal Law "On Political Parties," Kikhno was considered a member of United Russia from the moment he submitted his application to join the party in May. However, he did not receive a response from United Russia, and instead, he joined the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF).

Kikhno's membership in two parties simultaneously was a factor in his removal from the election. The Omsk Regional Court's decision to remove Kikhno stands, as he was deemed a member of United Russia under the law, despite his claims of unawareness of his membership while presenting himself as non-partisan to the Communists.

In a surprising turn of events, Kikhno's decision to join the CPRF instead of waiting for a response from United Russia contributed to his removal from the election. The search results do not provide the name of the person who was excluded from the election by the Communist Party of Russia due to prior membership in United Russia and later joined the CPRF.

This case serves as a reminder of the importance of adhering to the rules and regulations regarding party membership in political elections. Kikhno's removal from the election for the Council of Kalachinsky District underscores the consequences of violating these rules, even in the face of ambiguity or misunderstanding.
