Zeppelin and Caterpillar Showcase Innovative Solutions at NordBau 2023
In an exciting display of innovation and technology, Zeppelin and Caterpillar are presenting a wide range of machinery and solutions at the NordBau exhibition in Neumünster.
The highlight of Zeppelin's showcase is the introduction of the new Caterpillar-Telehandler ZT9.32C. This versatile machine boasts a lift height of 9 meters and a lift capacity of 3.2 tons, making it a valuable asset for customers in agriculture, construction, and industry.
To expand the application possibilities of these machines, quick couplers and various attachments are available. The ZT9.32C also offers a choice of drive systems: hydrostatic rail wheel drive, classic drive with rail axles, and a combination of both.
Zeppelin Rental is supplementing the Cat machines with a selection from its rental program. Among the rental offerings is the M323, a two-way rail excavator, which is being presented at the exhibition to celebrate the 70th anniversary of NordBau.
In addition to the ZT9.32C, Zeppelin is showcasing a number of other Caterpillar machines, including the mobile excavator M314, the short-tail excavator 315, and the crawler excavator 323, all equipped with integrated assistance systems. The Cat mini excavators 301.8 and 302.7 CR with short tails are also on display, known for their high lifting and digging forces.
For earth and road construction, a Cat dozer D2 with LGP undercarriage is available, suitable for fine grading work on weak soils. The MH3024 backhoe loader offers a reach of 10.3 meters and a lower carriage width of up to 2.75 meters.
Zeppelin is also presenting the Cat delta wheel loader 265, a versatile tool with low ground pressure, and the 908 model from the wheel loader segment in the 5- to 7-ton class, as well as the 926 variant for agriculture.
Telematics data, collected from these machines, can be accessed via Zeppelin's own customer portal and used for ordering spare parts via the online shop. Zeppelin Rental's fleet management solution, VisionLink, is used to manage construction machine fleets.
The company is also promoting career and training opportunities, and showcasing its access control and construction management tool "Zeppelin InSite 4.0". Among other things, a crawler dumper by manufacturer Morooka can be seen, suitable for sensitive terrain due to its low ground pressure and rubber tracks.
While the company presenting the new Cat-Telehandler ZT9.32C at the NordBau exhibition in Neumünster is not explicitly mentioned in the available search results, it is clear that Zeppelin and Caterpillar are bringing a wealth of innovative solutions to the construction industry.
