The Visionest Institute, a leading supporter of local businesses, has demonstrated the power of innovative, high-impact programmes with its recent success story - the Trade Fair Assistance for SMEs in Georgia. This programme, designed to help Georgian businesses thrive in the global market, has been making waves in the fashion, kidswear, and leather sectors.

The programme, known as Export Consultants Mastery (ECM) 2025–2026, led by Visionest CEO Anu-Mall Naarits, combined structured training, tailored mentorship, and real-world exposure to equip participating SMEs with the tools they need to succeed.

Over the course of seven months, 58 Georgian SMEs were part of this transformative journey, attending eight training workshops, three of which were in-person in Tbilisi, and five online. The programme culminated in a graduation ceremony in the city, where a Post-Evaluation Workshop was led by Anu-Mall Naarits.

A total of 99 individuals received certificates of successful completion during the ceremony. Among them were Giorgi Kochlamazashvili of COSMO and Nini Patsatsia, who shared their experiences and the benefits they reaped from the programme.

Giorgi Kochlamazashvili spoke about the value of the mentorship received, the opportunities for learning, networking, and getting inspired at trade fairs. Nini Patsatsia, on the other hand, emphasised the importance of seeing things from the buyer's perspective and making follow-ups a priority.

Another participant highlighted the importance of having professionally prepared materials, such as price lists and visuals, for interacting with buyers at trade fairs. This was a crucial lesson learned, as Georgian fashion brands participated in international trade fairs such as Playtime Paris and MICAM & MIPEL Milano, where they showcased their creativity and potential.

Throughout the programme, the Visionest Institute provided on-site guidance and immediate mentorship at these events. This hands-on approach helped participants delve into their business ideas and creativity, with mentors actively contributing to find ways to accelerate their growth.

The programme also introduced key success factors in international business and helped participants set a clear focus. Out of the 58 SMEs admitted, 51 successfully completed the programme. Testimonials from company representatives such as Giorgi Kochlamazashvili and Nini Patsatsia underscored the programme's impact and effectiveness.

As a contractor for ESTDEV, the Visionest Institute has completed a capacity-building programme for these SMEs. The institute's commitment to supporting local businesses with innovative, high-impact programmes continues to bear fruit, fostering a spirit of sharing and collaboration among participants.
