In a significant move to boost vaccine confidence across the nation, Dentsu, the Ad Council, and the Covid Collaborative have joined forces to launch a historic public health campaign. This initiative marks a key offering under Dentsu's new U.S. structure, which was introduced at the beginning of the year.

The collaboration between these three organisations is noteworthy, with each bringing unique expertise to the table. Dentsu, a leading global marketing and communications company, will handle the media strategy and execution for the campaign. The Ad Council, a non-profit organisation that works to address some of the most pressing social issues of our time, will provide its communications expertise, while the Covid Collaborative, part of the Milken Institute, will contribute its public health insights and guidance.

The public health campaign, one of the largest in history, aims to address the critical issue of vaccine hesitancy and boost confidence in vaccines among the American public. The Ad Council's Chief Media Strategy and Partnerships Officer, Kathy Kayse, emphasised the need for an innovative media strategy to effectively communicate the importance of vaccines and combat misinformation.

DJ Perera, who serves as the Chief Media Strategy and Partnerships Officer at the Ad Council, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating that it represents a unique opportunity to leverage the collective strengths of the organisations involved to create a powerful and impactful campaign.

This national initiative underscores the collective effort required to address the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on public health.
