Execution of Arrest Warrants for Computer Fraud, Intimidation, and Insults within the Community

A 33-year-old individual was taken into custody by German federal police officers at Halle (Saale) Central Station on September 1, 2025. The arrest was the result of two outstanding arrest warrants issued by the Halle Public Prosecutor's Office - Branch Naumburg.

The first arrest warrant was issued in March 2025, following the individual's failure to serve a sentence for eight cases of joint computer fraud, for which he was sentenced to seven months imprisonment by the district court in Zeitz in January 2023. The individual did not serve his sentence, leading to the issuance of the warrant.

The second arrest warrant was issued in July 2025, based on the individual's final conviction for threats in conjunction with insults. The individual was sentenced to a 750 euro fine or an initial 50 days imprisonment, but neither paid the fine nor served the sentence.

Upon his arrest, the individual was initially taken to the federal police station at Halle (Saale) Central Station. After completing necessary procedures, he was taken to a detention facility.

The name of the individual is not disclosed in the available sources. The police reported the arrest of a 33-year-old suspect but did not provide his name.

The officers informed the issuing authority of the execution of the arrest warrants. It is unclear at this time when the individual will begin serving his sentences.

This arrest marks a significant step in the pursuit of justice for the victims of the individual's computer fraud and threats. The public is reminded that such crimes can have serious consequences and that those who commit them will be held accountable.
