Thomas Schlüter, the founder and former managing director of IT-Service MEDATA, is the new managing director of Ploon IT's latest acquisition. His wife, Yvonne Schlüter, continues to lead IT-Service Medata GmbH as its managing director.

IT-Service Medata GmbH, founded in 2000 by Thomas Schlüter, has built a strong reputation in the ERP sector.
