Expanding Horizons: L&G Climate Technology Construction in Nordhorn
L&G Klimatechnik GmbH, a company specialising in air conditioning, climate control, and accessories, is set to move to a larger premises in the A31-Nordhorn-Klausheide industrial area. The move, planned for the first quarter of 2019, comes as a result of the company's rapid growth, making its current facilities no longer sufficient.
The new headquarters will span approximately 600 square meters for the warehouse and 320 square meters for the office building. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Mayor Thomas Berling and Economic Development Officer Karsten Müller.
Founded in 2015 by Manfred Gohe and Marc Lindenschmidt, L&G Klimatechnik GmbH currently employs ten people. The company purchased a 3,000 square meter plot from the city of Nordhorn last year, reserving an additional 1,500 square meters for future expansion.
Mayor Berling described L&G Klimatechnik GmbH as an ideal example of the positive entrepreneurial spirit and the immense success of the Nordhorn economy. Business Partner Manfred Gohe stated that if the development continues positively, they may utilize the additional 1,500 square meters in the near future.
Economic Development Officer Müller sees the move and new construction as a logical choice for growing companies. He is confident that L&G will continue its successful growth trajectory in the industrial areas of Nordhorn-Klausheide near the A31.
The construction is taking place between Ernst-Heinkel-Straße and B213. The basic hall structure of the new building is scheduled to be completed by the end of September. The company is currently located on Twentestraße in the Nordhorn Industrial Park (GIP).
Aminocore, a company specialising in organic fertilizers and biostimulants, located in the same industrial area, could potentially serve as a supplier or cooperation partner for L&G Klimatechnik GmbH.
As L&G Klimatechnik GmbH embarks on this new chapter, Mayor Thomas Berling and Economic Development Officer Karsten Müller congratulated the company on its future-oriented move to the new location. The move is a testament to the thriving economy of Nordhorn and the opportunities it offers to growing businesses.
