The Garden Museum in London is set to host a live recording of a special episode of Talking Gardens, a popular podcast hosted by our website, on Friday, 6 September 2024.

This exclusive event will take place at 7pm sharp and promises to be a fascinating discussion about dream gardens, horticultural influences, inspirations, and imaginary Edens. The special guests for this occasion are Sarah Raven, a renowned gardener and author, and Nigel Slater, a celebrated cook and food writer.

Sarah Raven, who runs courses on productive gardening and growing cut flowers from her home, Perch Hill in East Sussex, will be a first-time guest on Talking Gardens. Nigel Slater, a previous guest on the podcast, will also reappear for this special episode.

The editor of our website, Stephanie Mahon, will be the host for this event. Tickets for the live event are £20 full price and £15 for our website Members and Friends of the Garden Museum. For those unable to attend in person, a livestream option is available at £15 full price and £10 for our website Members and Friends of the Garden Museum.

Latecomers will not be admitted during the recording, so it is recommended to arrive early. Tickets can be booked on the Garden Museum website. It is also worth noting that Sarah Raven hosts the Grow, Cook, Eat podcast and has an eponymous online garden emporium.

Talking Gardens, which has won an award, is a podcast that delves into the world of gardening, offering insights and inspiration for both amateur and professional gardeners alike. We look forward to this special episode and the opportunity to bring our audience closer to the world of gardening and horticulture.
