In the heart of NoMad, a unique dining experience is now available. INDN, a new and contemporary Indian cocktail bar, has opened its doors, ready to make its U.S. debut in September.

With a 40-year history as one of Tuscany's most beloved cafes, INDN is poised to become one of the most exciting new openings in New York City. The cocktail bar, led by Simran "Sim" Bakshi, Kanika Vij, and Vicky Vij, is building a new concept that seamlessly blends tradition and innovation.

The menu is inspired by Chakhna, a style of food traditionally accompanied by alcohol, and transcends traditional Indian dining with creative cocktails like Butterface, Paneer Panic, How can she give a slap?, Chaat Margarita, and Pickle Backstabber.

Indulge in small plates such as Seekh Kebab, Keema Pao, Amritsari Fish, Palak Chaat (crispy fried spinach leaves covered in yogurt, chutneys, chaat masala, and Roma seeds), and Tandoori Mushrooms (charred and pickled with raw mango). For a vegetarian option, consider Malai Chicken Tikka, a delightful twist made with dark meat marinated in yogurt and cream before being cooked in the tandoor.

The INDN kitchen is helmed by a team of chefs from prestigious hotels in Uttarakhand, ensuring a culinary experience that is authentic and delicious.

The space of INDN is a blend of minimalism and authentic Indian character, with details carefully crafted and imported from India. The bar hours are from 5 pm to 12 am on Sundays to Wednesdays, and 5 pm to 1:30 am on Thursdays to Saturdays. INDN's offerings go far beyond liquid delights. The Daru Ke Baad (big plates) section of the menu includes comforting classics like Bhuna Mutton, Yakhni Pulao, Pudina Luchha Parantha, and Shahi Tukda.

Experience the fusion of tradition and innovation at INDN, located at 30 W 30th Street, NoMad. Get ready to drink butter chicken and more in a new and unique way!
