Pop-Up Book Fair Coming to Bamberg's German House
On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, the Bamberg City Library is hosting a Pop-Up Book Fair in the courtyard of the German House, Obere Königsstraße 4a. The event will run from 10 am to 4 pm, weather permitting.
Visitors can expect a wide variety of books on offer, including non-fiction, novels, and children's books. In addition to books, games, DVDs, and music CDs will also be available for purchase.
Items at the Pop-Up Book Fair will be offered at bargain prices, and the library team is open to negotiation for larger purchases. An additional discount will be available for book stacks that are over half a meter tall.
The Pop-Up Book Fair is being organised by a team of individuals, including Thorsten Nagelschmidt, Anton Weil, Sara Klatt, Behzad Karim Khani, Tim Staffel, Curly von Terroir und Adiletten, Christiane Rösinger, and Doreen Kutzke.
Proceeds from the Pop-Up Book Fair will be used to purchase new books and media for the city library and its branches. For more information, please visit stadtbuecherei-bamberg.de.
