In the waters of Amur Bay, two separate incidents have occurred in the past day, as reported by various news outlets including IA PrimaMedia and the Russian EMERCOM's press service.

Firstly, on August 30, a sightseeing boat lost its navigation in Amur Bay. The vessel, carrying eight passengers, was escorted to shore by rescue workers from the Russian EMERCOM. Fortunately, no injuries were reported during this incident.

However, a tragic event occurred separately in the same bay. A man's body was pulled from the water near TEC-1, and the exact cause of this fatal incident is not specified in the report. It is important to note that this incident is not related to the sightseeing boat incident previously mentioned.

In an unfortunate turn of events, the past 24 hours have also seen 22 fires recorded in Primorye Territory. Fortunately, no fatalities or injuries were reported in these fires, although one of them did occur at a transformer substation on Kharkov Street in Vladivostok, leaving dozens of homes on Churkin without power.

The location of the sightseeing boat incident and the fatal incident on the water are different, ensuring that these two events are unrelated. The captain or leader of the sightseeing boat that lost its navigation remains undisclosed at this time.

Rescuers worked diligently to ensure the safety of all those involved in the incidents in Amur Bay. The incident in Amur Bay was reported by IA PrimaMedia, while the fatal incident on the water was reported by the Russian EMERCOM's press service.

As the investigations into these incidents continue, we hope for clarity and resolution for all those affected.
