Federal Law Enforcement Officer Assaulted: Adolescent Attacks Federal Police, Two Officers Suffering Injuries (At the hands of a teenager)
On Sunday, August 10, 2025, a 16-year-old male disrupted a police measure and assaulted officers at the S-Bahn halt Silberhöhe.
The incident unfolded at around 02:10, when the suspect initially refused to provide his personal details and moved away from the officers. During the altercation, the suspect punched both officers several times. As a result, the affected Federal Police officers suffered skin abrasions and injuries to the face.
The suspect's aggressive behaviour began with him pushing a Federal Police officer in the chest during the initial encounter. He then attacked the same officer with a punch towards the face and followed it up by assaulting a colleague with a punch towards her head.
Following the altercation, additional forces from the state and Federal Police were requested for support. The suspect was found again in the vicinity of the halt shortly after.
The 16-year-old now faces charges of resisting and assaulting law enforcement officers, insulting them, and causing bodily harm.
