Flights Delayed at Sochi Airport: 42 Disrupted Departures

As of 9:25 AM on August 30, a total of 23 flights had been delayed for arrival at Sochi Airport, originating from cities such as Antalya, Almaty, Yekaterinburg, Moscow, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Barnaul, St. Petersburg, Ufa, Nadezhdinsk, Tyumen, Nizhnevartovsk, Surgut, Nizhnekamsk, and Syktyvkar.
Similarly, a total of 19 flights had been delayed for departure from Sochi Airport, with origins in cities including Tyumen, Kazan, Syktyvkar, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Nizhnekamsk, Antalya, Samara, Chelyabinsk, and Yekaterinburg.
Fortunately, the restrictions at Sochi Airport were lifted around 5:00 AM on August 30. However, passengers may still experience changes, cancellations, or consolidations of flights in the next two days as the airport works to recover from the disruptions caused by the temporary restrictions.
