Man Charged After Dramatic Car Accident in Bremen

The man could not produce a valid driver's license, and he is now facing several charges, including endangerment of traffic, reckless bodily harm, hit-and-run, and driving without a license. However, the man's identity has not been disclosed in the available sources.
