Gaming Arts and Evolution join forces to introduce NetEnt slots to the traditional casino market

In an exciting development for the gaming industry, Evolution has agreed a deal with Gaming Arts to adapt four iconic NetEnt online games for land-based casinos across North America. The games will be available for play on Gaming Arts' suite of MOD EX cabinets.

The collaboration between Evolution and Gaming Arts was initiated by Evolution and their land-based games partner Bluhare Studios. This partnership allows Evolution to bring their world-class IP to Gaming Arts, reversing the traditional trend of content flow from land-based to online gaming.

One of the games to make its land-based debut is Evolution's number one online game title in the United States, Divine Fortune. Alongside Divine Fortune, a new sequel, Divine Fortune Ascension, will also be introduced. Another notable game in the lineup is Starburst, NetEnt's top-performing online game globally. Starburst is being released as a two-game multi-pack containing a version of the classic Starburst and a new title, Starburst Supernova.

Starburst Supernova features a new persistent bonus that leads players to a hold-and-spin feature. The games will be adapted and reimagined for land-based casinos by the talented team at Gaming Arts.

Gaming Arts' chief product officer, Greg Colella, commented on the collaboration, expressing excitement about working with an industry leader in creating compelling content for online games, Evolution. The company is currently in the process of being acquired by Germany's Merkur.

Evolution is thrilled to be at the forefront of this shift in the gaming industry. The collaboration with Gaming Arts is set to debut in the final quarter of this year. Shares in Evolution AB (STO:EVO) were trading marginally higher at SEK810.20 per share in Stockholm earlier Friday.

As the gaming landscape continues to evolve, this partnership between Evolution and Gaming Arts promises to bring fresh, engaging experiences to land-based casinos, bridging the gap between online and offline gaming.
