As part of the cooperation project "Increase in Employment Potential," the region recently hosted an event at invenio, a leading development partner for innovative technical solutions.

The event, focused on presenting concrete entry opportunities for young talent from all over the world, was a continuation of efforts to retain qualified international graduates in the region in the long term. Jürgen Schiller, site manager of invenio in Regensburg, emphasised the importance of such cooperations, stating that personal exchange is crucial for the company to present its opportunities for international talents.

Invenio showcased exciting projects in the fields of engineering and digitalization, providing an insight into the working world in the region and highlighting possible career prospects after graduation. For international students, the visit offered a valuable opportunity to network with potential employers and establish direct contacts, furthering their career prospects.

Katja Eckardt and Jhoana Palacio-Pineda, key figures in the project, emphasised the region's commitment to fostering the potential of international students.
