Group associated with ASV forces breaches Osser location
In a change of pace, the ASV training group from Arrach, led by Josef Bauer, recently swapped their skis for hiking boots and embarked on an exciting expedition. Accompanied by trainer Daniela Roßberger and some mothers, the group set off from Wanderparkplatz Sattel, with their destination being the house mountain of Lamer Winkl, named Osser (1293 meters).
The journey began under the warm sun, and after a strenuous climb, the group reached the Osserwiese, marking the end of the ascent. Upon arrival, they were treated to a breathtaking view and a spectacular sunset at the summit cross. Regina Pfeffer captured this momentous occasion in a photograph.
Following their time at the summit, the group made their way down Osser, with no significant events occurring during the descent. Upon reaching Schutzhaus, they were greeted with a hearty dinner of schnitzel and potato salad, which replenished their depleted reserves. However, no additional food or drink was served after dinner.
The evening at the hut was cozy and filled with fun and games, providing a perfect end to the day's activities. After a restful night, the group completed their hiking expedition and returned to Schutzhaus, bringing their adventure to a successful close. A photograph of this event was also taken by Regina Pfeffer, capturing the joy and camaraderie of the group as they concluded their expedition.
