Hamburg team hands over management duties to MVGM
MVGM, a Dutch real estate manager, has taken over the asset management for three senior and care facilities in Germany. The facilities are located in Bremen, Ganderkesee, and Duisburg.
The management transfer, which took place in 2025, was handed over from Hamburg Team. Dirk Tönges, Managing Director of MVGM Germany, expressed his delight at earning Hamburg Team's trust and looked forward to further expanding their collaboration.
According to Tönges, MVGM's focus is on establishing stable processes from the beginning, providing clear key figures, and maintaining active communication with all stakeholders. This approach ensures a reliable, service-oriented management for senior properties.
The Bremen and Ganderkesee facilities, managed by MVGM, have a combined total of 84 residential units and an area of nearly 12,000 sqm. The Seniorenwohnen Sittardsberg in Duisburg, another facility under MVGM's management, has 108 apartments and an area of over 6,000 sqm.
Sebastian Schlansky, Managing Director of Health Properties at Hamburg Team Investment Management, praised MVGM for their efficient processes and user-centered approach. He emphasized the importance of such management for senior properties, stating that MVGM sets up efficient processes and prioritizes user needs.
With these new additions, MVGM now manages a total of 18 properties in Germany. The combined commercial and residential space under MVGM's management in Germany is almost 150,000 sqm.
Tönges expressed a positive sentiment about their partnership with Hamburg Team Investment Management, and mentioned his intention to further expand their collaboration. He believes that this partnership will bring about significant improvements in the care and living conditions for the elderly.
