In the heart of the arts and letters sector, Arts & Letters Creative Co. has reopened its offices after a 15-month hiatus due to the pandemic. The company, which doubled in size during this period, moved into its new office space on March 30, 2020, but the space remained vacant until recently.

The reopening of the office space is a result of a stringent "no vaccination, no entry" policy, a measure designed to ensure the safety of all employees. This policy is being overseen by the Chief Security Officer (CSO) responsible for implementing security strategies in the reopened offices.

As agencies across the board are considering reopening their offices after Labor Day, Arts & Letters Creative Co. is not alone in its efforts to establish a safe working environment. Other measures being considered include the elimination of buffets and the potential banning of pets from offices.

In an effort to maintain a sense of community while adhering to safety guidelines, the company is exploring innovative strategies such as hiking meetings and providing "fluff your nest" kits to employees. These kits include items like blankets and cushions to make their workspaces more comfortable.

Despite these changes, no universal strategy or playbook has been established for office reopening. Leaders are seeking guidance on strategies to keep employees safe while continuing to operate businesses effectively.

Adweek reported in May that agencies are exploring various strategies for office reopening, and Arts & Letters Creative Co. is no exception. The company underwent a move-in process for its office space, which is now open and welcoming a fully vaccinated workforce.

As the world continues to navigate the challenges posed by the pandemic, companies like Arts & Letters Creative Co. are leading the way in implementing safe and innovative solutions to ensure the well-being of their employees while continuing to thrive in their respective industries.
