In a recent interview on The Independent Ink podcast, Roger Waters, the former Pink Floyd member, made headlines for his controversial comments about Ozzy Osbourne. Contrary to popular belief, Waters revealed that he does not care for Black Sabbath's music or Ozzy Osbourne's antics, such as biting the heads of animals.
However, it seems that Waters' comments did not sit well with Ozzy's son, Jack Osbourne. Jack took to Instagram to voice his displeasure, stating, "Hey Roger Waters. Fuck You. How pathetic and out of touch you've become." This correction from Jack only seemed to inflame Waters further.
The interview, which offered cultural criticism, political commentary, satirical snark, and indecent exposures, also saw Waters expressing disdain for the amount of media time devoted to Ozzy Osbourne. He claimed that the media would rather distract people by covering figures like Taylor Swift or Kim Kardashian instead of giving attention to Jeremy Corbyn's political activities.
It is worth noting that Ozzy Osbourne died at the age of 76 in July. In response to Waters' statement about Ozzy biting the head off a chicken, podcast host Mr. Fish corrected him, stating that Ozzy actually bit the head off a bat.
Interestingly, Waters also stated that he has no interest in Black Sabbath or Ozzy Osbourne's music. Jack Osbourne also shared a post on Instagram, expressing his displeasure and stating that Waters seems to get attention by vomiting out bullshit in the press.
