In Hattingen, an individual suffers a minor fall and gets hurt.
On August 26, 2025, a traffic accident involving a motorcyclist occurred on Nierenhofer Straße in Hattingen, Ennepe-Ruhr District.
According to the Circles Police Department Ennepe-Ruhr District, the incident happened at approximately 15:45. The 69-year-old motorcyclist, a resident of Essen, lost control of his Kawasaki motorcycle in a left-hand curve. As a result, the motorcyclist veered off the road to the right, collided with the guardrail, and fell.
The damage to the motorcycle was in the low four-figure range. Fortunately, the motorcyclist sustained only minor injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The Circles Police Department Ennepe-Ruhr District took responsibility for investigating the accident. They reported that the motorcyclist lost control and crashed, and the police conducted the investigation.
