In a significant development, a 30-year-old Slovenian man was arrested in Rosenheim, Oberbayern, Germany, during a train control check on Friday. The arrest is related to an alleged drug smuggling incident.

The man was stopped by plainclothes officers during his journey from Munich to Salzburg. Significant amounts of marijuana, ecstasy, and cocaine, as well as approximately one kilogram of amphetamine, were found in his luggage. The drugs suspected to be transported were from the Netherlands, intended for sale, as suspected.

The arrest was made during the train control check in Rosenheim. The man was taken into custody after the stop, and a remand order was issued against him by a judge on Saturday. The police reports do not specify the destination or origin of the train.
