Individual commits lewd acts, using explicit content on a smartphone, targeting multiple women near a lake

Meanwhile, another incident involving a man filming a woman against her will has been reported in the Reeperbahn, a location unrelated to the ongoing case in Delmenhorst. The woman provided a description of the suspect similar to the one in the Delmenhorst case, but the police have confirmed that the two incidents are not linked.
The police are urging witnesses or potential victims who may have experienced similar incidents to come forward. They are also appealing for anyone with information regarding these cases to contact the authorities. The investigation into both incidents is ongoing.
