Individual from Yakutsk sets up a new bus shelter
In the icy city of Yakutsk, public figure Vladimir Fedorov's bus stop initiative has gained support. The unique bus stop, installed in the 203rd microdistrict, is a testament to Fedorov's commitment to improving city life.
Fedorov, who has been involved in various social projects, shared his experiences and the benefits of such initiatives during a recent conversation. To back up his words, he demonstrated the bus stop he had installed, which boasts an outdoor exercise machine, a children's slide, and a climbing pyramid.
The bus stop was built under the leadership of Andrey Vysokikh, the director of a local "Profi-Market" store. Vysokikh explained that buses always stopped at the location, but passengers had to stand without shelter. To address this issue, they decided to build a stop for the comfort of the people.
The original bus stop, built by Profi-Market, was a hit among the residents. However, the city administration replaced it with a standard bus stop shortly after its installation. A comparison between the two is invited to highlight the differences and potential benefits of the unique design.
The news of this innovative bus stop was reported by the Sakhaday Telegram channel. Fedorov has expressed his readiness to demonstrate how such objects should be built, operated, and maintained, encouraging others to follow suit.
However, it appears that no other bus stops have been built in the city following the example of Fedorov's bus stop. Meanwhile, Vladimir Yuryevich has criticised the city authorities for the disappearance of the original bus stop built by Profi-Market.
In a separate incident, another "Profi-Market" store on Pokrovsky Trakt in an unspecified city has built a bus stop near a roundabout using their own resources. The store's director, Andrey Vysokikh, remains dedicated to improving public facilities and ensuring the comfort of city residents.
As the debate continues on the merits of unique bus stops like the one in Yakutsk, it is clear that initiatives like these can bring positive change to cities across Russia.
