Individual Suffers Severe Injuries in Solo Car Accident
On the morning of August 2nd, a serious traffic accident occurred on Rhine Street in Bruhl, Germany. According to the Rhein-Erft-Kreis Police, the incident involved a Volkswagen that veered off the road around 7:20 AM.
The car, driven by a 19-year-old who reportedly did not have a valid driver's license, drove over a traffic island and collided with two tree trunks for unknown reasons. The driver lost control of the vehicle prior to the crash.
The accident resulted in the driver being injured and taken to a hospital. The 42-year-old driver, who was operating the vehicle, sustained serious injuries.
Upon arrival at the scene, emergency services attended to the injured man and conducted accident investigation and rescue operations. A towing company was called to remove the damaged VW from the accident site.
Police officers at the scene documented the traces of the accident and filed a traffic accident report. The traffic commissioners have initiated investigations into the cause of the accident.
