Individual taken into custody in Waterloo following execution of domestic disturbance-related warrant
In the town of Waterloo, New York, on August 15, 2021, at around 12:33 p.m., a domestic disturbance call was made. This call led to an unexpected turn of events, as Ontario County deputies arrived on the scene and made an arrest.
The individual in question was 52-year-old Ricardo FranquiQuinonez. The police encountered him during the call and found that he had active arrest warrants out of Ontario County. As a result, FranquiQuinonez was taken into custody by the Waterloo Police Department.
The charges against FranquiQuinonez include child endangerment and criminal mischief. The details of the alleged incidents that led to these charges are currently not available.
