The Process Consultant will take on administrative tasks in OSPlus, such as during release changes, and implement corresponding solutions. They will also advise and accompany specialist departments in implementing process standards in PPS_neo and developing practice-oriented solutions in the administrative environment.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and practical experience in process management. They will identify and coordinate interfaces across channels between all relevant process participants, ensuring the completeness and up-to-dateness of the information network, including protection needs of processes, VVT, and BIA.
In addition to their technical responsibilities, the Process Consultant will support management and teams in continuously reviewing and further developing existing processes. They will also support specialist departments in ensuring the quality and accuracy of the information network in the Governance, Risk & Compliance application.
