Injury scare for Norway's Haaland alleviated following strange bus mishap, resulting in a minor cut lip

Norway's star striker Erling Haaland is set to play against Moldova in the upcoming World Cup qualifying match, despite suffering a cut lip earlier this week. The incident occurred outside the team's hotel on Sunday, when the baggage door of the team bus struck Haaland at the back entrance.

Haaland visited the dentist to further address his injury and required three stitches to treat it. The Manchester City player took to social media to reveal the injury, but coach Stale Solbakken has confirmed that it does not pose a concern for the upcoming match against Moldova on Tuesday.

The match will be hosted by Norway, with the team currently leading Group I in the World Cup qualifying campaign. Norway has won all four of their qualifying matches so far, and the team is chasing their first World Cup appearance in over 25 years.

Moldova, on the other hand, is at the bottom of Group I with no points in their qualifying campaign. The team has yet to win a match in their World Cup qualifying campaign.

Solbakken expressed relief that the injury was not more severe, and he confirmed that Haaland will be fit to play against Moldova. Dr. Elias Tjærandsen, the doctor who treated Haaland's mouth injury, has given the player the all-clear to play.

The upcoming match between Norway and Moldova is part of the World Cup qualifying campaign and is scheduled to take place as planned. The match will be an important one for Norway, as they look to secure their place in the World Cup and continue their impressive run in the qualifying campaign.

With Haaland set to play, Norway will be hoping to extend their winning streak and maintain their position at the top of Group I. The match against Moldova will be an opportunity for the team to showcase their talent and continue their journey towards the World Cup.
