Investment firm ANAROCK Capital designates Varun Malik as Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets in the APAC region

Malik, based out of Singapore, is renowned for his innovative approach to structuring complex transactions. He specializes in structuring and capital raising across both debt and equity, and has managed cross-border fundraising and acquisitions within Asia-Pacific's most dynamic markets.
