Investment firms AZB and Touchstone Partners collaborate for a fundraising venture of ₹1,360 crores with Vistaar Finance

Vistaar Financial Services Private Limited, a leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) specialising in providing financial solutions for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), has successfully raised ₹1,360 crore from various investors.

AZB & Partners, a renowned law firm, advised Vistaar Finance and their selling shareholder on this significant fundraise. The partner at AZB & Partners who led the transaction was Anirudh Agnihotri.

Among the investors in this fundraise were Motilal Oswal Alternates and ABC Impact. Touchstone Partners advised Motilal Oswal Alternates on their investment in Vistaar Financial Services. The transaction team from Touchstone Partners included Pranay Bagdi, along with Pranjal Doshi, Viraj Vaidya, and Aryan Dama.

The due diligence team for this transaction consisted of Nishanth Ravindran, Anushka Pemmaya, Rhea Ghanshani, Shraddha Sethia, Gaurav Jayakumar, and Yashashwini Santuka. Bhanu Prakash J. Joshi, Manhar Chaudhary, and Abhinav Shankarraman provided support during the transaction.

It is worth noting that Vistaar Finance is already a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus. This latest financing round is a testament to the confidence that investors have in Vistaar Finance's business model and growth potential.
