As an Account Executive, you will represent Customer.io to prospective customers and be responsible for pipeline development and management, customer needs analysis and solution alignment, collaboration and cross-functional feedback, and performance tracking and reporting. The role is a full-cycle sales role, involving prospecting, demo, and closing.
To be considered for the position, you should have 2+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS or MarTech sales, handling mid-market accounts. Proven success in new customer acquisition and closing deals within the B2B SaaS space, preferably MarTech, is essential.
