Hitachi Energy, a global technology and market leader, has announced open positions for the Sales Officer-Customer Development role and the ASM/RSM-Customer Development roles in Nepal. The company is looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to join their team.
The roles are flexible and can be posted anywhere in Nepal. For the Sales Officer-Customer Development position, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in FMCG sales. On the other hand, the ASM/RSM-Customer Development roles require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership position in FMCG sales.
Education Qualification for both roles is flexible. While a Master's Degree from reputed MBA institutes from Nepal, India, or any other countries is preferred, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree is the minimum requirement for the ASM/RSM-Customer Development roles.
The roles require strong team management skills, quick decision-making abilities, leadership and negotiation skills, and strong analytical abilities. Candidates must also be adept at liaising with key partner functions.
